Understand hazards associated with wearing a fall arrest harness, check, fit and use a safety harness system, and learn how to develop an effective rescue plan.

Recommended for people working at heights in a fall arrest harness required to install a temporary height safety system or supervise others while working at height.

- US 23229 Use a safety harness for personal fall prevention when working at height (4 credits)
- US 15757 Use, install and disestablish proprietary fall arrest systems when working at height (4 credits)

The course requires trainee/s to display good level of physical and motor fitness to demonstrate competency and achieve US 23229 and US 15757.
Completion of this training provide credits towards Besafe Training Ltd's New Zealand Certificate in Workplace Health and Safety practice (Level 3) less
